AuditFlow OS build journey
AuditFlow OS began as a set of cyber and audit readiness packs, before developing into a structured Notion audit workspace and, later, a standalone SaaS product. For the current product, see the AuditFlow OS case study →
Why it needed building
Every audit engagement was starting from a blank document or a recycled spreadsheet: different templates, different evidence standards, different ways of recording findings from one review to the next. That process drift is what AuditFlow OS was built to remove, by standardising the audit lifecycle from scoping through evidence, findings, actions and reporting, all connected in one place.
Five stages, documented in full
The detailed build record lives on its own site: the Readiness Pack Series it started as, the Notion operating model it became, the eight-week public build-in-progress series, the public template release, and the roadmap, backlog and risk register behind the SaaS beta.
