Delivery capability, and assurance capability
This portfolio covers two related but different questions. Can I plan, build and roll out a project that changes how people work? And can I audit a system after the fact and tell you, with evidence, whether its controls actually hold up? The case studies below answer the first. The audit and GRC work answers the second.
